What I collect

• Your name and email address, so I can confirm and discuss your order.
• A delivery address, when your order is being posted to you.
• Photos and notes you upload as reference material for your commission.
• Optional social handles, only used if you ask for a shout-out when I share the finished piece.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored by this shop — I only see whether a payment succeeded and the order it belongs to.

How I use it

Your details are used to create your artwork, keep you updated, take payment and post your order. I do not sell your information or use it for marketing lists. Reference photos are only shared publicly (for example alongside a finished piece) if you have agreed to it.

Where it is stored

Orders and uploaded photos are stored securely in this site's private database and file storage, accessible only to me as the shop owner. Order records are kept for as long as needed for bookkeeping; reference photos can be deleted on request.

Your choices

You can ask me for a copy of the information I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask me to delete it — use the support form. If a deletion request arrives while your order is still in progress, I may need to keep the basics until it has been delivered.

Cookies

This site uses only the essential storage needed to keep you signed in and to complete checkout. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
